含电子媒介体电化学传感器电子迁移机理的研究
A Study on the Electron Transfer Mechanism of Electrochemical-Sensor Methods Containing Electron Mediator
【摘要】 基于《一种微生物检测的生物电化学方法研究》中介绍的一种电测方法,实验对比了试样中含菌量低端时加和未加低分子媒介体时的电极响应,分析讨论了低分子媒介体加速电子传递速率的机理.用氢酶如何催化代谢物上氢的氧化或质子的还原以及配合态液中氧化还原过程的电子迁移规律阐释了生物的氧化还原过程中的电催化反应机理.
【Abstract】 Based on a kind of electromotive method,a study on the bio-electrochemical method for microbial detection was introdueed.Experimentation is made to compare electrode response between samples,which contain low-number of microbe,with and without low-molecule mediator,the mechanism of low-molecule mediator promoting electron transfer rate is discussed.The electricity-catalyze mechanism is explained by Hydrogenases how to catalyse the oxidation of hydrogen or to the reduction of protons of metabolism and the electron transfer rule in the process of oxidation-reduction in the compound liquor.
