船载海洋环境重金属检测的电子舌研究

【摘要】 基于表面光伏技术的集成离子传感器、电化学传感器研制了一种新型的船载海洋环境中重金属自动检测电子舌仪器系统.海水中经过预处理和预富集后,分多路并行同时检测锌,镉,铅,铜,锰,砷,铁,铬和汞九种重金属离子浓度.通过PC机多线程控制恒电位仪电路以及泵和阀实现自动进样,检测和清洗.对测量结果进行实时处理和识别,采用标准加入法和标准曲线定量计算重金属的浓度,实现了×10-9(ppb)的检测下限.一次测量在90 min内完成,每路只需要5 mL样品,可以连续和在线检测.该电子舌仪器实现了小型、低成本,特别是自动化过程,适合于海水环境污染的现场和实时自动检测.

【Abstract】 The ionic sensor based on LAPS and the electrochemical sensor are integrated as a novel electronic tongue instrument for the seawater auto-analysis system on the ship to detect the heavy ions.By pre-processing and deposition of the seawater,9 heavy ions such as Zn,Cd,Pb,Cu,Mn,As,Fe,Cr and Hg are multi-processed and measured simultaneously.By multi-threading of PC,the control of Potentialstat,pump and valve,the auto-sampling,measurement and cleaning process are implemented.The data are processed and auto-recognized in real time,and the concentrations of the heavy metalions can achieve the lower limit of ×10-9(ppb) by standard addtion method and standard curve method calculation.One measurement can be completed in 90 minutes,and each channel consumes only 5 mL samples for the continuous on on-line measurement.Such a kind of electronic tongue instrument has the advantage of minitype,low-cost,especially,the automation process,which is quite suitable for the detection of pollution in seawater environment at present and the real-time automating measurement.
