烟酸分子印迹聚邻氨基酚敏感膜传感器的研制
Study of the Sensitive Nicotinic Sensor of O-Aminophenol by Molecular Imprinting Technology
【摘要】 研制了电化学聚合制备烟酸分子印迹聚邻氨基酚敏感膜传感器,并对分子印迹膜的结构和性能进行了探讨与研究.在弱酸性条件下,以邻氨基酚为单体,烟酸为模板分子,用循环伏安法电聚合成膜制备传感器.该传感器对烟酸具有良好选择性和敏感度,用恒电位计时安培法,烟酸浓度在2.0~5.0 mmol/L范围内与电流增量成线性关系,加标回收率在92%~104%之间.
【Abstract】 A sensitive nicotinic sensor based on molecularly imprinted electropolymer of O-aminophenol was proposed,and its configuration and performance were studied.Under the condition of weak acidity,the sensitive film was prepared through the electropolymerization of O-aminophenol on a platinum electrode in the presence of template(nicotinic).The sensor exhibited good selectivity and sensitivity to nicotinic.A linear relationship between the current and the concentration was found in the range of 2.0~5.0 mmol/L.The sensor has been applied to the analysis of nicotinic in samples with recovery rates ranging from 92% to 104%.
