苍耳子挥发油化学成分分析
Research and analysis of chemical composition of xanthium sibiricum patrin oil
【摘要】 通过采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取苍耳子中的挥发油,得油率为0.2ml/100g。用气相色谱/质谱联用法,分离出43种化合物,鉴定出8大类29种化合物,为进一步评价其质量和开发新药提供了基础数据。
【Abstract】 Volatile oil was extracted from the xanthium sibiricum patrin by steam distillation.Chemical ingredients of the oil were analyzed by GC-MC and 43 compounds were identified.It provided data for quality evaluation and new drug discover.
