旱莲草对衰老小鼠组织ATP酶、细胞形态及记忆力的研究
Evaluation of Eclipta Prostrate on Activities of Tissue ATPase,Cellular Form and Memory Behavior on Aging Mice
【摘要】 目的:探讨旱莲草拮抗D-半乳糖致衰老小鼠的作用。方法:给小鼠腹腔注射D-半乳糖建立衰老模型,同时以旱莲草作为抗衰老实验药物灌服。观察6周以后,与对照小鼠比较,在组织ATP酶、细胞形态、记忆力的差异。结果:旱莲草可增强小鼠脑、心内Na+-K+-ATP酶、Ca2+-APT酶活性,改善细胞形态,提高小鼠的记忆学习能力。结论:旱莲草具有一定的抗衰老作用。
【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the antiaging effects of Eclipta prostrate L on aging mice induced by D-galactose.Methods: Aging models were established with D-galactose injection.At the same time, Eclipta prostrate L as antiaging drug was used to model mice.We measured and compared the activities of tissue ATPase in brains and heart、cellular form And memory behavior between the aging mice induced by D-galactose and the control. Result:Eclipta prostrate L can improve activities of tissue ATPase in mouse brains and heart 、improve cellular form and enhance the learning memory behavior.Conclusion: Eclipta prostrate L has the antiaging effects.
