优秀少年短跑运动员赛前训练血生化指标的评价研究

【摘要】 通过对少年短跑运动员赛前冬训期血清肌酸激酶、血尿素、血睾酮、血清皮质醇、血睾酮/皮质醇等生化指标的测定和评价研究得出:大负荷运动量训练后即刻CK、BU、T、C值都有较大幅度升高,与训练前安静时相比有显著性差异(p<0.05);Hb小于安静时值,无显著差异;次日晨CK和BU与安静时相比虽然均高于安静值,但无统计学意义;次日晨CK、BU、T和C值仍高于训练前安静时值,但无显著性差异(p>0.05);次日晨与运动后即刻相比CK、T、C值有显著性下降(p<0.05);次日晨的BU值比运动后即刻有所下降,但无统计学意义.采用血液生化指标测定和监控能客观、准确评定运动员身体负荷和机能变化,为避免运动损伤,尽早诊断运动疲劳,保证训练系统性和科学性提供实验依据.

【Abstract】 Through studying the CK, BU, T, C, T/C of juvenile dash atheletes’s blood index test and evaluating pre-winter- training, I can conclude that CK, BU, T, C’s values of after heavy training rises greatly, contrasted with pre-training, it has various differnce. If it is compared between pre-and after training, p<0.05. Hb is smaller than that of pre-training it shows no difference. The next morning, when that of CK, BU, T and C is still higher than that of pre-training, it shows no various difference, p<0.05. The next morning, when it is compared between pre-and after-training fastly,the various of CK, T, C, lows quickly, p<0.05. When the value of the next morning, is lower than that of after training, it has no meaning in statistics. This paper points out that it provides a practical proof for juvenile to avoid sports injuries, to be diagnosed sports fatigue in time, to be ensured to have a systematic and scientific training.
