压差法测定塑料薄膜透气性能
Air Permeability Measurement by Differential Pressure Method of Plastic Film
【摘要】 在试片一侧施加一定压力的测定气体,另一侧抽真空,在试片上形成压力差,使试验气体在试片中扩散并徐徐透过,减压侧(真空侧)压力增加,压力与时间呈直线变化,用所得直线的斜率通过演算式计算气体透过系数和气体透过量。
【Abstract】 The measuring method of the air transmission coefficient and volume is introduced according to the differential pressure.Applying pressure gas to one side of the testing block and creating vacuum environment for the other,pressure difference has been obtained.It has been observed that gas permeates gradually,linearly increases with the time of the pressure on the vacuum side.Hence,the transmission coefficient and volume can be worked out with the line slope obtained.
