【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of 414 samples in a survey on the building of CPC teams from college intelligentsia, the paper puts forward a proposal that we should, in view of existing situation, take in CPC members from the intelligentsia and groups with various talents, thus to strengthen and improve the construction of CPC, along with building a socialism harmonious society, and to strengthen the cohesive force and combat effectiveness of CPC, by building a CPC team with more excellent talented persons and improving the composition and distribution of its members.更多还原
