In this paper,the author analyzes the accidents that the steel structural engineering collapsed wholly or partially after the blizzard in Weihai in order to discover the hidden steel structure problems behind the rapid de-velopment. The purpose of this paper is to raise problems and bring the general professionals’attention to guarantee steel structure industry developing healthily and sustainably and ensuring the safety of people’s lives and property.
