【摘要】 针对高校馆藏档案数量大幅度增加这个不可回避的问题,提出了解决这个问题就要加强管理,做好鉴定工作,收集保管那些必须收集、必须保管的档案,及时处理应销毁的档案。投入和管理双管齐下,才能适应当前工作的需要。鉴定是档案加强管理的基础性工作,要做好鉴定工作必须要提高鉴定意识,学习和掌握专业知识,并将鉴定工作贯穿档案的收集和保管的各个环节之中。更多还原

【Abstract】 The great increase of the collection is an inevitable problem for the file management in the college and university.In order to solve the problems,we should enhance the management,do our best at the file identification,collect and keep the files need to be collected and kept,and deal with the files needed to be destroyed in time.Investment and management need to be worked along both lines to meet the needs of the new work.Identification work is the foundation of the file management.We should enhance the identification consciousness,learn and master the professional knowledge,and impenetrate the collection and storage into each sector.更多还原
