【摘要】 目的通过对210名纺织行业工人进行的调查和体检,分析研究了静态负荷所致工人肌肉损伤后血清酶的变化。方法根据工人主诉,在体检结果阳性人群中随机抽取40人为病例组,在本厂管理人员中随机抽取40人为对照组。然后分别抽取静脉血检测肌酸磷酸激酶(CK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的含量。结果调查工人中肌肉骨骼损伤检出率为28.4%,检出率随工龄延长而增高。检测结果显示,病例组工人血清CK、LDH的活性较之对照组显著升高,而GSH-Px的活性较之对照组显著下降,SOD活性两组间无明显差异。结论静态负荷作业可导致工人肌肉损伤,血清CK、LDH和GSH-Px的活性可作为评价职业人群肌肉骨骼损伤的生物学指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Through the epidemiological investigation and blood test for textile workers,to analyze changes of serum enzyme in damaged muscle induced by static load.Methods According the investigation and physical examination,40 workers were selected into case groups,selected 40 managerial staff as control group,then drawing their blood and test CK,LDH,SOD and GSH-Px in serum.Results The prevalence rate of OCMI in mechanical workers was 28.4%.The prevalence rate increased with the length of service.Compared with the positive rates of OCMI resulted from other work postures,the positive rate of some physical signs in manufacturing workers who take fixed-standing work postures,the positive rate of some physical signs in manufacturing workers who take take fixed-standing work posture was the highest.The results demonstrated that the level of CK and LDH activity of patient group was significantly higher than that of control group,the GSH-Px activity of patient group was significantly lower.Conclusion Static load work may lead these workers muscle injured,serum CK,LDL and GSH-Px activity may be considered as marker of muscle injury in occupational groups.更多还原
