KZB—2000型枕式包装机光电自动定位系统的设计
The Design of Photoelectric Registration System in the Pillow-packaging Machine
【摘要】 枕式包装机的光电自动定位系统由于受包装材料上印刷的定位色标之间存在误差,包装材料的拉伸以及机械运转中的波动等因素的影响,包装材料上预定的封切部位在高速生产过程中容易产生误差,从而影响封切效果和生产效率。本文详细论述了采用连续进退式光电自动定位系统消除该误差的工作原理,该系统由光电头检测色标并输出光电信号,经由凸轮限位开关比较送纸速度和封切速度,通过电气系统控制伺服电机正转或反转,产生的补偿量输入差动机构从而使送纸机构增速或减速,以达到误差补偿的目的。在设计过程中总结出一套色标重合的调节方法,使操作更加简单方便。采用连续进退式光电自动定位系统彻底解决了长期制约包装机速度的光电自动定位问题,实践证明,该系统高速运行平稳可靠,封切准确,属目前最理想的设计之一。
【Abstract】 Because of some factors including the error exists in the color sign printed on packaging material,the advance and retread of packaging material and other influence such as the fluctuation appears during operation,the designed sealing part may be moved in the high-speed running process,as a result,the sealing effect and production efficiency are influenced seriously.Now,we renovate the photoelectric registration system.It upgrades to be continuous advance and retread automatic photoelectric registration system,which solve this error nicely.Paragraph below will discuss its working theory specifically.First,the photoelectric head exams the color sign and then output photoelectric signal.Then the cam restriction switch will compare the paper transferring speed with sealing speed and control the anti-clock turning and reverse clock turning of servo motor through electrical-gas system.The compensatory length exists will be transferred into differential framework so as to speed up or decelerate the paper transferring framework.In this way,the error can be solved.In the desiging process,one method to adjust the superposition of continuous advance and retread automatic photoelectric registration system completely solve the problem which restrict the packing speed of packing machines for long time.Practice proves this system to be so good.It runs stably,sealing accurately and obviously one of the most reasonable designs.
