【摘要】 探讨了国内外对于折叠纸盒抗压强度的研究进展,表明其影响因素有纸板的挺度、环压强度、厚度及纸盒的几何尺寸,并从提高白纸板挺度和环压强度、优化纸盒设计两方面提出了提高白纸板折叠纸盒抗压强度的措施。提高白纸板挺度和环压强度的措施有选择合适的浆料品种、打浆度、纸机,涂布、施胶和应用化学助剂等,优化纸盒设计包括优化纸盒结构和尺寸设计以及纸板纹向的正确使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The research achievement of compression strength of folding cartons was introduced.It showed that the factors influence the compression strength of folding cartons made of white board are the stiffness,ring crush compression resistance,thickness of white board,and the dimension of folding cartons.Two measures of improving the compression strength of folding cartons were put forward including raising the stiffness and ring crush compression resistance of white board,and optimizing the design of folding cartons.Methods of raising the stiffness and ring crush compression resistance of white board are selecting appropriate pulp,beating degree and machine,coating,sizing and using chemical agents,etc.Optimizing the design of folding cartons contains structure and dimension optimum design and correct usage of machine direction of white board.更多还原
