【摘要】 目的:观察中成药痹祺胶囊和正清风痛宁片治疗类风湿关节炎的临床疗效、起效时间及不良反应。方法:将40例患者随机分为2组,Ⅰ组30例口服痹祺胶囊,Ⅱ组10例口服正清风痛宁片,比较两组治疗后不同时点各项疗效评价指标的改善情况,并记录不良反应。结果:治疗12周后,使用疾病疗效判定标准判定疗效,Ⅰ组有效率80.0%,Ⅱ组有效率90.00%。使用证候疗效判定标准判定疗效,Ⅰ组有效率86.7%,Ⅱ组有效率90.0%。两组的症状、体征指标较治疗前均有统计学差异(P<0.05);两组间在休息痛上有统计学差异(P<0.05)。实验室指标比较,Ⅰ组的ESR、RF、CRP、IgAI、gG治疗后较治疗前有统计学差异(P<0.05)。Ⅱ组治疗后较治疗前各实验室指标无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:痹祺胶囊与正清风痛宁治疗类风湿关节炎均有一定的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate clinical curative effect,the onset time and adverse effect of Biqi capsule and Zhengqingfengtongning pill in treating rheumatoid arthritis(RA) patients.Methods: 40 patients were randomly allocated to 2 groups.Treatment group of 30 patients was treated with Biqi capsule and control group of 10 patients was treated with Zhengqingfengtongning pill.Signs and symptoms and chemical examination result and adverse effect were observed after treatment.Results: Effective power assessed with disease curative effect standard of treat group is 80.0% and control group is 90.0% and with syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine curative effect standard of treat group is 86.7% and control group is 90.0%.Signs and symptoms and chemical examination result of both groups have statistics difference,P<0.05.There is statistics difference of two groups in rest pain,P<0.05.ESR,RF,CRP,IgA and IgG of treatment group has statistics difference,P<0.05.Lab index of control group has no statistics difference,P>0.05.Conclusion: Curative effects of Biqi capsule and Zhengqingfengtongning pill in treating RA are certain.更多还原
