基于VOXEL-MAN操作平台孔最穴的三维可视化研究
3D Visualization Study on Acupoint of Kongzui (LU6) Based on Operational Platform of VOXEL-MAN
【摘要】 目的:通过对孔最穴的三维重建,来探讨穴位三维重建中神经血管难以表达的问题。方法:在VOXEL-MAN操作平台中,运用色度特征空间的交互式分割方法对肌肉等组织进行分割;对神经血管以数学建模的方式进行重建;并以运行脚本的方式来获取孔最穴的进针动画。结果:在孔最穴的三维进针动画中,可以系统地观察到各组织包括神经血管和针体的空间位置关系。结论:数学建模可以解决穴位三维重建研究中神经血管难以表达的问题,包括有神经血管的穴位三维动画可以立体的观察穴位的空间结构,这将为探讨穴位的共性和经络的实质奠定一定的基础;同时,也将使得腧穴解剖学的教学更加生动。
【Abstract】 Objective: To discuss the problem that nerve and blood are difficult to present in the 3D reconstruction of acupoints through studying 3D reconstruction of Kongzui.Methods: Muscles and other tissues can be segmented by applying co-interactive segmentation method based on chromatic characteristic space;nerves and blood vessels can be reconstructed by establishing mathematic model and the needle-inserting animation of Kongzui can be obtained by running script file.Results: During the course of 3D needle-inserting animation of Kongzui,we can observe the spatial location between all kinds of tissues including nerve and blood vessel and the needle body systematically.Conclusion: Building mathematic model can solve the problem of presenting nerve and blood vessel in the study on 3D reconstruction of acupoints and the problem of observing the spatial structure of acupoints with nerves and blood vessels by 3D animation.Thus it can establish certain basis for discussing the common property of acupoints and the essence of meridians;at the same time,it can make the teaching activity of the science of anatomic on acupoints more vivid.
