平喘宁对哮喘豚鼠肺组织中嗜酸性粒细胞趋化因子mRNA表达的影响
Effects of Pingchuanning on Lung tissue Eotaxin mRNA Expression in Asthma Cavies
【摘要】 目的:探讨平喘宁治疗哮喘的分子作用机制。方法:采用逆转录-聚合酶链式反应(RT-PCR)法半定量分析哮喘豚鼠肺组织嗜酸性粒细胞趋化因子(eotaxin)mRNA表达水平的变化。结果:哮喘模型组eotaxinmRNA表达水平比空白对照组增高(P<0.001);经平喘宁大、中、小剂量治疗后,eotaxin mRNA表达水平减低(P<0.005,P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:平喘宁能通过减低哮喘豚鼠肺组织eotaxin mRNA表达水平,发挥治疗哮喘的作用。
【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the molecular mechanism of Pingchuanning in treating asthma.Methods: Using reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR),cavies’ lung tissue Eotaxin mRNA expression were given semi-quantitative analysis.Results: The Eotaxin mRNA levels in asthma model group were increased than the control group,P<0.001;after the treatments of high-does,middle-does and low-dose of Pingchuanning,the Eotaxin mRNA levels were reduced (P<0.005,P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclusion: Pingchuanning can reduce Eotaxin mRNA expression in the lung tissue of asthma cavies;and it play a role in the treatment of asthma.
