迎接现代科技革命潮流 加快推进新型工业化
Meeting the Trend of Modern Scientific Technology Revolution and Accelerating the Advance of New-patterned Industrialization
【摘要】 现代科技革命发展的潮流是新科技革命和新产业革命以及由此带来的新工业革命,顺应这一潮流必须加快推进新型工业化;对新型工业化必须从“适度”和“新”两个层面来加深认识,必须大力发展循环经济。
【Abstract】 The trend of the development of modern scientific teachnoly revolution is new scintific teachnolgy revolution,new industrial revolution and new industrial revolution which brings about,we must accelerate the advance of new-patterned industrialization to obey the trend;we must get a deeper understanding of the newpatterned industrialization from the two respects of "moderate degree" and "new",and develop circulation economy.
