不同β-胡萝卜素水平对奶牛产奶量及乳品质的影响

【摘要】 本试验通过在奶牛日粮中补充β-胡萝卜素制剂,研究不同添加量对舍饲奶牛的产奶量和乳品质的影响。试验牛选用年龄、体重、营养状况相近,胎次为头胎、泌乳200 d左右的健康荷斯坦奶牛32头,采用完全随机区组设计,分为4个处理组,Ⅰ组为对照组(基础日粮),Ⅱ组(基础日粮+300 m g/dβ-胡萝卜素)、Ⅲ组(基础日粮+600 m g/dβ-胡萝卜素)、Ⅳ组(基础日粮+900m g/dβ-胡萝卜素)为试验组,基础日粮由青贮玉米、苜蓿草粉、小麦秸和精料组成。研究结果显示,奶牛在添加β-胡萝卜素后能够提高产奶量和牛乳品质,Ⅳ组的产奶量比对照组Ⅰ提高了11.03%(P<0.05),Ⅲ、Ⅳ组的乳脂率分别比对照组增加了6.34%和9.36%(P<0.01),Ⅳ组的乳蛋白率比对照组增加了2.05%(P<0.05),乳糖含量各处理组差异均不显著(P>0.05)。

【Abstract】 The purpose of this research is to study the effects of β-carotene supplements on cow’s milk production and the milk quality.32 Holstein cows with the same age,body weight,body condition,parturition,and milking at 200 days in milk were divided into 4 experimental groups.Group I received the basal diet as the control;group II,Ⅲ,Ⅳ received the β-carotene supplement of 300 mg/d,600 mg/d,900 mg/d.The basal diet composed of corn silage,alfalfa meal,wheat straw and concentrates.The results indicated that the addition of β-carotene in the diet of cows could improve the milk production and quality,the milk production of group Ⅳ increased by 11.03% compared with that of control group(P<0.05),the milk fat percentage of group Ⅲ and Ⅳ increased by 6.34% and 9.36% respectively compared with that of control group(P<0.05),the milk protein percentage of group Ⅳ increased by 2.05% compared with control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences among all groups(P>0.05).
