【摘要】 目的:了解恶性浆细胞病血清蛋白、免疫球蛋白(Ig)及血清蛋白电泳中M-蛋白的位置、浓度等特点。方法:(1)对不同类型的恶性浆细胞病(实验组)与相应Ig增高的非恶性浆细胞病(对照组)之间的三种Ig(IgG、IgA、IgM)进行比较;(2)对恶性浆细胞病之间的血清总蛋白(TP)、球蛋白(G)进行比较;(3)对恶性浆细胞病与非恶性浆细胞病之间TP、G进行比较;(4)分析不同恶性浆细胞病血清蛋白电泳中M-蛋白带的位置及浓度特点。结果:除恶性浆细胞病之间血清TP、G浓度无显著差异外,恶性浆细胞病与非恶性浆细胞病之间TP、G、不同类型恶性浆细胞病与相应Ig增高的非恶性浆细胞病之间的三种Ig(IgG、IgA、IgM)均有显著差异;恶性浆细胞病之间的电泳区带有各自的特点。结论:恶性浆细胞病Ig除相应单克隆蛋白显著升高外,其余两种Ig均显著减低;恶性浆细胞病血清TP、G浓度显著增高形成高球蛋白血症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the levels of serum proteins,immunoglobulins and M-proteins,and to examine the characteristics of M-proteins’ location in the malignant plasma cell dyscrasia.Methods:(1) compare the different types of malignant plasma cell dyscrasia with non-malignant plasma cell dyscrasia,which has the same kind of high levels of immunoglobulins in three kinds of immunoglobulins(IgG,IgA,IgM);(2)A comparison was made in serum total proteins and globulins(G) among different types of the malignant plasma cell dyscrasia;(3) serum total proteins and globulins were examined and compared between the malignant and the non-malignant plasma cell dyscrasia,(4) A comparison was made as well in the location and concentration characteristics of electrophoretogram and serum levels of M-proteins among different types of malignant plasma cell dyscrasia.All the data were analyzed by T-test.Results: There was a remarkable difference in the serum levels of TP and G between the malignant and non-malignant plasma cell dyscrasia,with no marked difference in the levels of TP and G among different types of malignant plasma cell dyscrasia.There was a notable difference in the serum levels of three kinds of Ig(IgG,IgA and IgM)between different types of malignant and non-malignant plasma cell dyscrasia with corresponding Ig increase.The electrophorosis zones of different kinds of malignant plasma cell dyscrasia had their own distinct characteristics.Conclusion: The different kinds of malignant plasma cell dyscrasia have their higher levels of IgM,and the levels of the other two kinds of Ig stay in a lower position.The high levels of TP and G in the malignant plasma cell dyscrasia patients bring about the hyper globulinemia.更多还原
