【摘要】 目的:探讨窦性心律震荡在心功能不全患者中的临床意义。方法:筛选72例心功能不全患者及120例正常人,对两组人群进行性别、年龄、左室射血分数(LVEF)、震荡初始(TO)、震荡斜率(TS)、24hHolter监测,观察其室性早搏后窦性心律震荡现象并分析多变量关系,预测其相对危险度。结果:TO(+)组、TS(+)组、TO(+)TS(+)组、TO(-)TS(-)组中,心功能不全组与正常组二者比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05),说明心功能不全组TO值、TS值的阳性率明显高于对照组。患者为老年人、LVEF值低、TO和TS两相指标均异常时发生心衰的相对危险度大。结论:TO、TS值的测定是对心功能不全患者的有效高危预测指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the clinical significance of detecting heart rate turbulence in patients with cardiac functional insufficiency.Methods: chose 72 patients with cardiac functional insufficiency and 120 normal persons(the contral group),monitored their TO and TS with 24hHolter,analysed sex,age ,LVEF,TO and TS,observed heart rate turbulence.Results:There was significant difference(P<0.05) in TO(+),TS(+),TO(+)TS(+),TO(-)TS(-)between cardiac functional insufficiency group and the contral group,suggesting that the positive rate of TO and TS was remarkably higher than that in the contral group.Conclusion: Both of TO and TS were an early high risk prediction factor in the patients with cardiac functional insufficiency.更多还原
