【摘要】 本文通过查阅相关文献从分析传统的体育教育实习中的弊端出发,注重体育教师的实践能力的培养,拓展教育实习的内容与形式,构建了一个以中小学为基地的从大一到大四都有教育见习或实习的双基地实践模式,旨在为未来体育教师教学理论与实践的均衡发展提供理论支持。但是由于大学与中小学在合作过程中都会从各自的利益、谋求自身的发展出发,这会导致合作双方出现冲突。另外,大学与中小学各自内部也会由于利益不均出现不和谐的声音,消除这些冲突的关键在于重构大学、中小学文化,以及相关部门的制度保证。更多还原

【Abstract】 By means of literature review and analysis of the shortcomings of traditional P.E.teacher practice,the authors emphasize on the cultivation of P.E.teachers’ practical abilities,widen the contents and forms of educational practice,and constructed a twin-based practice model based on primary and secondary schools for the internship of undergraduate students from freshmen period until senior period in order to offer theoretical support for the balanced development of teaching theories and practice of future P.E.teachers.However,in the process of such cooperation,there might be conflicts between universities and primary and secondary schools due to their own interest and different developing directions.In addition,there could be conflicts between each party as a result of the uneven internal distribution of benefits.Therefore,the key to eliminate such conflicts is to reconstruct the school culture of universities,primary and secondary schools as well as to guarantee the functioning of the system of relative government departments.更多还原
