【摘要】 在广泛查阅相关文献的基础上,就重组人红细胞生成素的生物学作用、在体坛的滥用情况以及其对人体的毒副作用等方面加以综述。结果表明:虽然重组人红细胞生成素能够通过增加血液中红细胞和血红蛋白的数量以及改变运动中代谢底物的利用等途径而提高机体有氧工作能力,但长期或大剂量摄入不仅会产生头痛、幻觉、肌肉酸痛、大面积体毛脱落、泛发性湿疹等不良反应,而且会诱发虹膜炎反应、癫痫和血糖异常升高等病症,甚至有可能因为高血压及高血压脑病、血栓、肺栓塞、脾梗塞、气管痉挛乃至急性白血病的发生而威胁服用者的生命。提示教练员及运动员需深入了解重组人红细胞生成素的潜在危害并理性对待。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article reviews the achievement of the biological effects of rHuEPO,its abuse in the field of sports as as well as its side-effects on human body on the basis of extensive literature review.The results show that although rHuEPO can enhance human’s aerobic capability through increasing the quantity of red blood cell and hemoglobin or and changing the utilization of metabolic substrate in exercise,taking rHuEPO chronically or with a high dose will not only cause adverse reactions such as headache,hallucination,muscle soreness,the break off of hairs and eczema,but also induce iritic reaction,epilepsy and pathoglycemia.In addition,the abuse of rHuEPO will even menace a person’s life who takes it because of its potential possibility for hypertension,hypertensive encephalopathy,thrombus,pulmonary embolism,splenic infarction,tracheospasm or even acute leukemia.So the authors here remind the coaches and athletes that they should further understand the potential hazard of rHuEPO and treat it rationally.更多还原
