【摘要】 教研室是高等学校开展教学和科研工作的基层单位。其作用发挥的好坏,直接关系着整个学校的教学工作水平和人才培养质量。以首都体育学院的教研室建设为典型案例,对新时期体育院校教研室建设中存在的问题进行了深入研究与分析,并提出了从战略高度重视教研室建设、重视教研室主任的选拔与培养、建立健全教研室管理制度和考评制度、加大教研室对青年教师培养的力度、增强教研室主任全局意识和服务意识、构建和谐环境,加强教研活动,增强教研室的凝聚力、加强教研室横向交流工作、适当提高教研室主任待遇的对策与建议。旨在为体育院校的教研室建设工作提供有价值的参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Teaching and research sections are the basic unit in institutions of higher learning to operate teaching and research tasks. Its successful operation will affect directly the overall teaching level and the educational quality of talents for a school. The author, therefore,has carried on research and analysis on the current problems existed in the construction of teaching and research sections in institutions of P. E. based on the typical cases in CIPE. In order to provide helpful references for a better construction of the teaching and research sections,the author proposes that the construction of the sections should be emphasized from a strategic level; section chiefs should be carefully selected and cultivated;the management system and evaluation system of the sections should be established and completed; the training of junior teachers should be strengthened;an overall view and service attitude for section chiefs should be developed to construct a harmonious environment. Besides, more activities in the sections should be organized, exchanges across sections should be encouraged and the benefits of section chiefs should be increased.更多还原
