【摘要】 讨论了我国竞技体育后备人才培养现状,分析了美国竞技后备人才培养的主要经验和特点是:实行体教结合的学校培养体制,法规制度健全,青少年体育运动健康发展;运动训练氛围浓厚,后备队伍规模庞大;经费充足,训练条件优越,后备人才运动基础扎实。对新时期我国竞技后备人才培养体制改革进行了探索性的思考,提出了竞技体育后备人才培养体制改革的趋势;完善优秀运动员培养体系,疏通运动员出路;加强法制建设和科学训练,推进体教结合;以学校为中心扩大后备队伍规模;政府为主、市场为辅、拓展投资渠道。更多还原
