【Abstract】 Based on the phase quantitative software of XD-2 X-Ray Diffractmeter,this article makes the internal standard curve and external standard curve of Al2O3 sample,analyzes the Al2O3 content of some other mixtures with the two standard curves respectively,The test result was well accorded with the designed one,which indicating that these methods could meet the needs of phase quantitative analysis in multi-phase mixture.更多还原
