捐纳金与退休给付的精算模型
Actuarial model on donation and retirement payments
【摘要】 引入一般马尔可夫模型,将多重纯流出模型应用于养老金计划,建立并讨论了固定给付计划的捐纳金和固定捐纳计划的退休给付的精算现值模型.
【Abstract】 The general Markov model was adopted,and the multiple decrement model was used in the pension scheme.The actuarial present value of retirement payments in DC and the donation in DB were discussed.
