鄂尔多斯钝顶螺旋藻对三种抗生素敏感性研究

【摘要】 通过3种基因工程中常用抗生素对鄂尔多斯钝顶螺旋藻(S.erdosensis)生长抑制的研究发现,鄂尔多斯钝顶螺旋藻对氯霉素较敏感,液体培养1 mg/L的氯霉素即可抑制其生长,500 mg/L的氯霉素处理9 d产生完全致死作用;鄂尔多斯钝顶螺旋藻对氨卞青霉素和卡那霉素敏感性较弱,300 mg/L的氨卞青霉素和卡那霉素对鄂尔多斯钝顶螺旋藻生长的抑制不明显.结果表明,氯霉素是转化系统中较理想的抗性选择剂.

【Abstract】 Three different antibiotics were tested to determine Spirulina erdosensis special sensitivity as a foundation of selecting the resistant gene and constituting expression system of Spirulina erdosensis for recombinant foreign gene.The results revealed that Spirulina erdosensis was highly sensitive to Cm,and 1 mg/L Cm could inhibit the growth of Spirulina erdosensis,while 500 mg/L Cm could kill the algae in 9 d;Spirulina erdosensis was not sensitive to Amp and Km,as 300 mg/L Amp and Km could not significantly restrain Spirulina erdosensis from growing.It is suggested that Cm is a better selective marker for the gene transfer of Spirulina erdosensis.
