Al—Ti—CN中间合金的研制

【摘要】 纯铝的晶粒细化一直是铝生产厂家和科研工作者不断研究的课题,Al—Ti和Al—Ti—B作为中间合金细化铝已经相对成熟,Al—Ti—C中间合金还在开发中.本文详细论述了在Al—Ti—C中间合金基础上新开发的Al—Ti—CN中间合金的试验全过程,试验证明Al—Ti—CN中间合金细化工业纯铝效果优于Al—Ti和Al—Ti—B中间合金,有望成为新型纯铝晶粒细化中间合金.

【Abstract】 Grain refinement of pure aluminium has long been a hot research area for aluminium factories and researchers.It is relative mature for using Al—Ti and Al—Ti—B as master alloys to refine aluminium.Al—Ti—C master alloy has been in developing.The present paper specified the development of a novel Al—Ti—CN master alloy based on Al—Ti—C master alloy.The results indicate that the Al—Ti—CN master alloy is a better grain refiner for pure aluminium than both of Al—Ti and Al—Ti—B one.It could be used as a novel master alloy for pure aluminium.
