【摘要】 基于学校教改课题“控制工程综合实验系统的开发与教学研究”的实际要求,对THJ-2型高级过程控制实验系统进行了控制组态及软件开发工作.针对该实验系统使用中存在的问题,在THJ-2型实验系统的原理及硬件基础上,基于MCGS工程组态软件的主要功能及组态方法,开发了监控软件的用户界面、组态设备、数据库、组态主控窗口和组态运行策略等;基于第三方软件VB6.0编程开发了实验报告输出系统.实验装置的监控软件直观、方便,可根据用户的实际情况保存实验数据,进行处理,生成实验报告单,达到了课题的要求,填补了原来该实验系统不能进行数据输出的空白,完善了实验系统的功能,该成果已经应用到实验课程中.更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper is about configuration control and software development of experiment apparatus of Superior process control system-THJ-2 based on the actual requirements of teaching reformation subject as "exploitations and teaching research of the comprehensive experiment system of process control project".As to the problems of the experiment system in using,the human interface,configuration equipment,establishing database,configuration master frame and configuration processing strategy of monitoring software,etc.are developed based on the theoretical foundation and hardware foundation of experiment system-THJ-2;The exploitation output system of experimental report are developed by introducing programming software of VB6.0,which comprises the designing of interface,connecting of data,data processing and the detailed processing of exploiting of images;and it summarizes the difficulties,current problem and the knowledge obtained from the graduation design all over the process.The monitoring software which is appreciable and convenient can be used to save experimental data,process the data,accomplish experimental reports applying to the condition of individual users.It meets the requirements of the subject,fills the blank that the experimental system can not make data outputting,perfects the functions of the experimental system and it has been used in the experimental courses.更多还原
