天津在路机动车活动水平调查研究

【摘要】 基于IVE模型,自行设计调查内容、时间和地点,对天津在路机动车进行实地调查,获取一定样本的机动车信息,进行统计和分析.研究结果表明,天津市实际在路机动车中轿车占显著比例,高达61%;市区快速路、主干路、居民路的平均车流量分别为2175、892和256辆/h;轿车在快速路、主干路、居民路上的平均行驶时速分别为27.45、20.82和14.63 km/h;车队中轿车的平均车龄为3.2 a,年平均行驶里程为1.2万km,出租车、公交车和卡车的高使用率分别达56.2%、81.8%、69.8%,且尾气控制水平较差.活动水平研究得到的目前天津市道路交通情况和在路车队的污染控制水平以及使用状况,为机动车排放清单模拟以及污染控制研究等提供基础数据.

【Abstract】 Based on IVE model,the content,time and location of this study were designed by ourselves.The results show that,the fraction of passenger vehicles observed on road is high to 61%;The amount of vehicles on freeways,arterials,and residential roads were 2 175 Vehicle/h、892 Vehicle/h、256 Vehicle/h;The average speed of passenger vehicles on freeways,arterials,and residential roads were 27.45 km/h、20.82 km/h、14.63 km/h;The average age of passenger vehicles surveyed was 3.2 years,The average driving for passenger vehicles was 12 000 km/year.The high use of taxi、bus、truck is 56.2%、81.8%、69.8% respectively,and the level of exhaust control is low.This study established traffic condition and the technology distribution of on-road vehicle fleet in Tianjin,which can provide the information of emission control technology level and work conditions of the fleet in Tianjin,and can provide basic data for the studies related with vehicle emission inventory simulation and emission control.
