【摘要】 目的观察吡格列酮联合胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病的疗效。方法将40例2型糖尿病患者随机分为2组,治疗组(n=20):吡格列酮30mg/d联合胰岛素;对照组(n=20):只应用胰岛素,疗程均为12周。观察两组患者的空腹血糖(FBG),餐后2h血糖(2hPBG),糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C)和胰岛素用量。结果两组患者的FBG,2hPBG和HbA1C均得到良好控制;治疗组胰岛素用量明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论吡格列酮联合胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病,能减少胰岛素用量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of pioglitazone combined with insulin in the treatment of type 2 diabetic patients. Methods Type 2 diabetic patients (n=40) were randomly divided into treatment group and control group (20 per group). In treatment group, patients were treated by pioglitazone hydrochloride (p.o) combined with insulin (s.c). In control group, patients were treated by insulin (s.c) only. The treatment time was 12 weeks.The fasting blood glucose(FBG), 2 hours’ postprandial blood glucose (2 hPBG), glyocosylated HbA1C and insulin dosage were monitored. Results FBG, 2 hPBG and HbA1C of type 2 diabetic patients in both groups were effectively controlled. Insulin dosage in treatment group was significantly less than that in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Pioglitazone combined with insulin can reduce insulin dosage in the treatment of type 2 diabetic patients.更多还原
