PbO-Fe2O3-V2O5-P2O5玻璃结构与性能研究

【摘要】 钒、铁磷酸盐玻璃作为一种半导体材料受到许多研究者的关注。选择了PbO-V2O5-P2O5、PbO-Fe2O3-P2O5和PbO-Fe2O3-V2O5-P2O5三组玻璃系统,研究了V2O5和Fe2O3对磷酸盐玻璃结构和性能的影响。通过红外光谱(IR)和差热分析(DTA)发现,V2O5和Fe2O3对磷酸盐玻璃结构的影响不同,Fe2O3不但会降低[PO4]基团的桥氧数,还会打断P=O双键,以[FeO4]形式参加网络结构,使玻璃结构趋于稳定。

【Abstract】 Some oxide glasses containing multivalent transition metallic ions, for instance, Fe2+/Fe3+ and/or V4+/V5+ display electric conductivity. Lead phosphate glasses doped with iron and/or vanadium are of particular interest to their electrical, magnetic and structural properties. PbO-V2O5-P2O5, PbO-Fe2O3-P2O5 and PbO-Fe2O3-V2O5-P2O5 systems of glasses were prepared. The influences of V2O5 and Fe2O3 on the structures of those glasses were discussed. However, the IR spectrum and differential thermal analysis have revealed the fact that the function of Fe2O3 is much different from that of V2O5. It not only reduces the bridge oxygen of [PO4]group, but also breaks the P=O double bond, and incorporates into the network in the form of [FeO4] group, as a result, the glass structure becomes more stable.
