【摘要】 目的探讨复合PCR技术在ABO血型基因分型方法中的应用。方法通过实验研究摸索复合PCR的条件和规律,采用单管同时扩增出ABO基因的第6、7外显子后,使用限制性内切酶对复合PCR产物进行酶切消化。结果通过最佳实验反应条件的获得,可建立ABO血型基因分型方法。结论复合PCR技术在建立ABO血型基因分型方法的应用中,具有其特殊性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a rapid ABO genotyping method by using multiplex-PCR technique. Methods The optimal condition of muliplex-PCR was determined through trials and errors, then the amplification products were digested with two restriction enzymes. Results After the optimal experimental conditions were determined, the ABO genotyping method was established. Conclusions The application of multiplex PCR on ABO genotyping has its unique features.更多还原
