【Abstract】 The negative influences resulted from "core journal effect" are simplification and absolutization of the evaluation criterion of academic achievements.A realistic problem that cannot be ignored is that the academic journals have been deviating its value target.The editors must hold the value target of the academic journals from the value logos,and eliminate a variety of negative effects.Furthermore,the editors must grasp tightly the value yardstick of the academic journals in the lay of practice,such as academic property,scientific nature and creativeness,so that the academic journals can go straight ahead along the vested value target.更多还原
