【摘要】 对科技期刊编辑部实行目标管理时其目标设定与分解进行了研究。认为:目标的设定与分解应注意双向沟通,目标应具有合理性与可行性,目标应量化或具体化,目标必须具有一致性、动态性及灵活性;管理者应对目标执行过程进行监控以及认真做好目标成果考评工作。更多还原
