审稿选稿中的共识与非共识

【摘要】 通过对稿件评审结果中出现的共识性与非共识性问题的分析,提出了在不同审理结果情况下稿件的处理办法,以期实现更加公正、合理、科学地筛选稿件。

【Abstract】 Through the analyses of common understanding and non-common understanding in reviewing and selecting manuscripts,a method is proposed for handling different reviewing results,in order to select the scientific papers for publishing more justly,reasonably,and scientifically.
