【摘要】 开展科技期刊的刊后制度化审读工作,关键要有一批合格的审读人员。通过实践,认为审读人员的选择应具备3个要素,即要有角色意识,要精通编辑业务,要以出版单位外部人员为主。对审读人员所发挥的作用进行了分析,并指出了应当引起重视的若干问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 The key to the regular examination of science periodicals after their publication is that we must have a team of qualified examining personnel. Based on practice, this paper puts forward three basic requirements for selecting examining personnel: he must be fully aware of his responsibility, accomplished in the editing work, and mainly selected from outside the publishing department. Meanwhile, this paper makes an analysis of the role played by examining personnel, and lists a few issues calling for attention.更多还原
