【Abstract】 In the age of innovation and reform of harmonious society,Social practice has played an important role in ideological education and talents training for innovation,creativity and pioneering spirit.But there are still some problems in organization guarantee,combination of activity and specialty,system of supervision and assessment,relation between activity and achievement as well as integration of ideological education and ability improvement.
