【摘要】 现代化是世界各国社会变迁的共同趋向。以甘肃省86个县级体育局作为主要研究对象,运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、综合评价法等多种方法进行研究。结果显示:1甘肃省县级体育现代化发展程度的评价过程包括有效评价指标的筛选、指标权重和基准值的确立、评价操作方法3项内容。其中,有效评价指标筛选及其权重和基准值的确立是构建县级体育现代化评价体系的前提和基础。2甘肃省县级体育现代化发展程度评价指标体系包括2项二级指标、9项三级指标以及其所辖的27项四级指标及权重:体育系统硬件类、体育系统软件类。更多还原

【Abstract】 Modernization is a common trend of the whole world today.The thesis takes 86 physical culture bureaus of counties in Gansu as research objects and makes the research with the methods of documentary review,questionnaire investigation and comprehensive evaluation.The results are as follows.First,there are three contents including the choice of valid evaluation indexes,the establishment of the percentage of indexes and the standard,and the operation methods of evaluation.The choice of valid evaluation indexes and the establishment of the percentage of indexes and the standard are the premise of establishing the evaluation system of modernization of county sports in Gansu.Second,the system includes two second-class indexes,nine third-class indexes and 27 fourth-class indexes such as hardware and software categories.更多还原
