【摘要】 运用文献资料法、访谈法、观察法、问卷调查法等,对甘肃普通高校体育教学环境中人际关系的现状,从师生关系和生生关系两个方面进行了调查研究。结果表明:甘肃普通高校体育教学,在师生关系上,师生间相互能持尊重、理解、支持、热爱、公平的态度,但师生相互不喜欢交往;在体育教师的作风状况上,学生认为只有32.7%的教师在体育课中是民主的作风。在体育教师和学生的期待状况上,大多数体育教师认为在教学中对学生有较高的期待,可是学生认为并不是如此,恰恰相反。在体育教师的品质、专业工作能力状况方面,多数体育教师能以身作则,品质优良,但总体上专业工作能力一般。从生生关系上来看,多数同学之间能相互友好、合作、互助,能相互认可与赞扬,其相互竞争是良性的,多数学生间小集团关系能促进学习。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the methods of documentary review,interview,observation and questionnaire,the present situation of interpersonal relationship in Gansu colleges and universities’ P.E.teaching environment is researched from two aspects of the teachers-students and students-students relations.The results indicate that in the Gansu colleges and universities P.E.teaching,teachers and students mutually respect,understand,support,love,and keep the fair manner,but teachers and students do not like communicating with each other.As for P.E.teachers’ attitudes,students think only 32.7% P.E.teachers are democratic.As for teachers’ and students’ anticipations,the majority of P.E.teachers think they have the high anticipation in the teaching for students,but students do not think so.As for P.E.teachers’ quality and specialized working ability,most P.E.teachers can set a good example to students,but their overall specialized working ability is ordinary.As for students-students relations,most schoolmates can be mutually friendly,cooperate with each other,help each other,and approve and praise each other,so the atmosphere of competition is benign and most student groups can promote their study.更多还原
