【摘要】 面对21世纪竞技体育竞争的挑战,如何进一步提高我国教练员水平是确保竞技体育可持续发展的核心问题。采用献资料法、座谈法等研究方法,选择部分国内优秀教练员为研究对象,试图通过对教练员角色定位问题的研究,发现存在的问题,提出解决的对策,希望引起有关部门及教练员的重视,使我国的竞技体育发展处于竞争的有利地位。更多还原

【Abstract】 Facing the challenge of competitive sports on the 21th century,how to upgrade our country’s coachs’ technique is the core of the subject to insure athletic sports’ sustainable development.By using the documentation method 、expert interview,the research on proportion excellent coaches tries on setting the coachs’ role,to found the questions and bring forward the countermeasure.We hope that those concerned and coaches can recognize the actuality to progress that our athletic sports is in a favorable position.更多还原
