【摘要】从教练员的基本知识结构、基本能力、领导行为、临场指挥能力等方面对有关教练员素质研究的115篇文献进行总结分析。引入了胜任特征的理论模型,指出后续的研究可构建教练员的核心素质模型、采用专家-新手研究范式并借鉴胜任特征的研究方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper analyzes 115 papers about the quality of the coaches from the knowledge structure,ability and leadership behaviors.According to the theory of competence,there are some suggestions on the future research such as constructing the coaches’ core quality model,adopting the paradigm of expert-novice and the method of competence model.更多还原
