【摘要】 测定了野生和养殖的齐口裂腹鱼血液中红细胞数(RBC)、白细胞数(WBC)、血红蛋白含量(HB)、总蛋白(TP)、血糖(GLU)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(T-CHO)和钙(Ca2+)等主要生理生化指标。结果表明,养殖条件下其主要生理指标与野生的无明显差异,但养殖的齐口裂腹鱼总蛋白、血糖和甘油三酯含量明显高于野生的,说明养殖状态下其营养水平明显好于自然条件。更多还原

【Abstract】 The present study investigated hematological and biochemical indices in wild and cultural Schizothorax prenanti.RBC、WBC、HB、TP、GLU、TG、T-CHO and Ca2+ were determinated.The result showed that the hematological indices in wild and cultural Schizothorax prenanti were not significant difference.However,the indices of total protein(TP),glucose(GLU) and triglyceride(TG) in cultural Schizothorax prenanti were higher than those of the wild.This is indicated the trophic level in cultural Schizothorax prenanti was good than wild.更多还原
