【Abstract】 The paper shows that the economical housing policy has played great roles in different period by showing its developed progress.However,the shortages of supply and management have destructed the social security to some extent,which is the nature of the policy.Taking Beijing as the study case,the paper analyses the policy based on the economic theory and makes two suggestions,one is to expand the renting service,and the other is to establish a special non-profit Organization to be responsible for the economical housing construction.更多还原
