基于CT数据的人体L3-L4腰椎节段的三维有限元建模和分析
Three-dimensional finite element modeling and analysis of human L3-L4 lumbar segment based on CT data
【摘要】 目的建立一个精确的人体L3-L4腰椎节段有限元模型,用于腰椎生物力学的研究。方法基于可视人计划(visible human project,VHP)男性冷冻CT数据,通过Marchingcubes算法三维重建L3和L4椎骨的几何模型并转换为有限元网格,然后结合椎间盘和韧带的网格建立L3-L4节段的有限元网格。根据CT值设定材料特性建立有限元模型,施加压缩的边界条件进行有限元分析,并和参考模型的结果比较分析。结果基于CT的L3-L4节段有限元模型比参考模型更符合腰椎的解剖结构。结论基于CT的L3-L4节段有限元模型能够精确的描述腰椎解剖结构,保证有限元分析的准确性。
【Abstract】 Objective To develop an accurate finite element(FE) model of human L3-L4 segement for the biomechanical research of lumbar spine.Method Based on the frozen male CT data of visible human project(VHP),the geometrical model of L3 and L4 lumbar vertebrae was three-dimensionally reconstructed with Marchingcubes algorithm and converted to FE mesh,then the FE mesh of L3-L4 segement was generated with the combination of disc and ligament meshes.After the assignment of bone material propreties according to CT numbers,the FE model of L3-L4 segement was developed to finish FE analysis under the loading conditons of compression.The results were compared with those of a referenced model.Result The CT-based FE model of L3-L4 segement was in coincidence with lumbar anatomic structure more than the referenced model.Conclusion The CT-based FE model of L3-L4 segement can accurately descibe the anatomic structure of lumbar spine and ensure the veracity of FE analysis.
