【摘要】 首先从知识接受者的心理层面将知识转移成本的概念界定为知识接收者自身感受到的知识接收、寻找、或者吸收的难度。其次,提出了在个人层次的知识转移中,知识的隐含性,知识距离,物理距离和职位距离以及信任是影响知识转移成本的主要因素。最后,通过文献分析及理论演绎得出知识隐含性、知识转移双方的物理距离或职位距离与知识转移成本成正相关关系,而转移双方的知识距离、接收方对转移方的信任则与知识转移成本成负相关关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 First, through the perspective of knowledge receiver’s psychology, knowledge transfer cost is defined as the difficulty for knowledge receiver to perceive himself or herself in receiving, finding and absorbing the knowledge. Then, in the knowledge transfer for an individual, the implication of knowledge, knowledge distance, physical distance, hierarchical distance and trust are presented as the main factors affecting knowledge transfer cost. Finally, through the literature review and theoretical deduction, it is concluded that the implication of knowledge, physical distance and hierarchical distance are positively correlated to knowledge transfer cost while knowledge distance and trust are negatively correlated to knowledge transfer cost.更多还原
