海洋细菌Bacillus Marinus化学成分分离和结构鉴定
Isolation and Structure Identification of Chemical Constituents from Marine Bacteria Bacillus Marinus
【摘要】 研究Z3-1号海洋细菌bacillus marinus发酵液的化学成分.利用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱及重结晶等方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和1H-NMR,13C-NMR等波谱数据进行结构鉴定.得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为环(甘氨酸-脯氨酸)二肽、环(丙氨酸-脯氨酸)二肽、环(亮氨酸-脯氨酸)二肽、对羟基氧代吡啶、尿嘧啶、胸腺嘧啶、β-谷甾醇和尿素.以上化合物均为首次从该种细菌发酵液中分离得到.
【Abstract】 Studies the chemical constituents of the fermentation liquid from marine bacteria bacillus marinus(No.Z3-1).The compounds were isolated by column chromatography on silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 and recrystallization.Their structures were determined on the basis of physico-chemical properties and spectroscopic methods such as 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR.Eight compounds separately were identified as cyclo-(Gly-Pro) dipeptide,cyclo-(Ala-Pro) dipeptide,cyclo-(Leu-Pro) dipeptide,4-hydroxy-1-oxy-pyridine,uracil,thymine,β-sitosterol and urea.These compounds were obtained from bacillus marinus for the first time.
