欧洲经济共同体理事会《第二汽车保险指令》述评
On 《Second Council Directive 84/5/EEC of 30 December 1983》
【摘要】 《第二汽车保险指令》在强制保险范围、强制保险受害人范围、未投保或无法确认的驾驶员的受害人保护、保单条件规则和最低保险金额等方面,对《第一汽车保险指令》进行修订,进一步强化了汽车事故受害人利益的保护.
【Abstract】 《Second Council Directive 84/5/EEC of 30 December 1983》 amended 《Council Directive 72/166/EEC of 24 April 1972》,in respect of the coverage of the motor compulsory insurance,the protection of injury by uninsured or unidentified driver, the injured person protected by motor compulsory insurance,the regulation of policy term,the minimum amount of guarantee,and so on,so that strengthened the protection of the interests of the injured in motor accidents.
