从传播走向扬弃:由“十五”进入“十一五”的中国比较教育
From Transmitting to Sublating:Comparative Education in China Entering into a New Fiv-year Plan
【摘要】 “十五”期间我国比较教育为我国教育和社会经济发展做出了重大贡献,同时,也出现了全国教育科学“十五”比较教育学科立项总数偏少、选题分布不够合理、比较教育学科建设项目很少、机械照搬的倾向以及理论建设重视不够的问题。在“十一五”时期,我国比较教育面临发展的难得机遇,只有走出单纯传播发展的局限,克服照搬的倾向,走向扬弃,在全球视野下,以和而不同的精神发挥比较教育的理论与批判力量,提升比较教育研究质量,才能实现我国比较教育崭新的历史使命。
【Abstract】 Though the comparative education research in China has made great contribution to the educational reform and development during the tenth-five year plan,the phenomenon still exist that there were not enough comparative education research projects,the distribution of topics selected were unreasonable,there were insufficient research projects on constructing comparative education as a discipline,the tendency of coping from other countries mechanically,and not paying enough attention to the development of comparative education theory.Comparative education research in China now faces great opportunities during the eleventh-five year,and we can only carry out the new mission of comparative education in China by breaking the limitation of simply transmitting and copying theories from other countries,by moving towards sublation under the global vision,and adhering to the principle of He’erbutong to exert the theoretical and critical power of comparative education,and enhancing the quality of comparative education research.
