【摘要】 目前,以国家助学贷款为主体,奖学金、贷款、勤工助学、困难补助、减免学杂费等资助政策共同构成了我国高校家庭经济困难学生的资助体系,为帮助困难学生顺利完成学业,成长、成才发挥了重要作用。但在各项政策的运行中,也发现其在系统性、操作性等方面还存在着一些缺陷,针对目前高校困难学生资助体系中的各项资助政策中存在的问题提出了一些完善构想,以更好地实现资助政策的资助目标和教育功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 The national financial aid system for needy college students plays a key role in helping them finish school and becoming talented people.However,the system which is composed of educational loan,scholarship,part-work and part-study,graut and reduction of tuition contains flaw in operation.Concept for perfecting the financial aid policies in the system is put forward in this paper to make the system fully achieve its aim and educational function.更多还原
